PRINT OUT AND BRING THE COPY OF THE CONFIRMATION TO THE EVENT Registration, class, payment of lunch Friday and/or Saturday, workshop, gala. Los Angeles City has a lot of traffic and Hilton Hotel parking fills up quickly. Plan ahead to be on time.
The Saturday night GALA DINNER is a private event and we may refuse the right of service
Attendees, Speaker, Exhibitors and Staff MUST wear your LADM Badge to enter any Lecture/Workshop and to be in the Exhibitor area. The hotel requests this regulation.
Attendees MUST be on time and be present the full class in order to get CE Units. No exceptions.
Many classes are already sold out. It’s first come first service basis.
If the lecture room is full you are welcome to attend another class. Sign in with your license number and fill out the evaluation form to get the certification. We do not guarantee or reserve any seats.
ATTENDEES, if you create two registrations with the same name or email, your registration will be CANCELLED. If it has been cancelled, you will have to pay a $45 late fee.
-Visit all the exhibitors. They are supporting you to have FREE lectures with CE Units and provide valuable information regarding the dental field. Bring your business cards.
-Do not leave personal belongings unattended. LA Dental Meeting will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended.
-Attendees information and other administrative information regarding LA Dental Meeting are protected by privacy rights and should not be reproduced.
-LA Dental Meeting reserves the right to cancel or change the time, date, venue, content and speakers at any time at our discretion. We are not liable for any additional costs, losses or expenses resulting from any cancellation or change.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE.
-Payment for lecture, workshop, lunch, Gala and registration are not refundable. However, they are transferable except for registration.
-No soliciting is allowed and no copying or taking pictures of the list of attendees.
-Food & Beverages. Try to be silent to respect the attendees.
